Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full reimbursement.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
